Jennifer Cole from Northwoods Caregivers is going to teach another round of Tai Ji Quan classes on each Monday and Friday between Monday, May 8th – July 21st from 10am -11am except for Monday, May 29th (because are closed for Memorial Day).
UPDATE: the May 26th class is moved to 11:00-12:00 for this one time only. All are welcome to these free classes!
