“Balance Builders” New Exercise Class Beginning July 12th

Balance Builders is a new exercise group here at the Senior Center beginning Monday, July 12th  at 11 a.m. The class will be held every Monday and Wednesday for about an hour. The program focuses on building strength and balance.  Exercises are done both seated and standing while using a chair for balance. This is a great way for anyone to stay active, build strength and improve balance.
