Tai Chi at the Senior Activity Center

Intro to Tai Chi will be held at the Senior Activity Center on Friday, January 11th at 10:00am.  The class will explain the benefits of slow exercise, the importance of posture/breath and intention, Harvard approved warm-up exercises, and simple flowing movements that are easy to learn.   If there is enough interest, the class may be offered regularly.  Come check it out!
